It all starts with you.
Fill out our form and tell us about your world — your NDIS plan, your goals, the kind of support that would genuinely make a difference in your day-to-day life.
Big dreams, little details, the stuff that makes you you — we want to hear it all.

This isn’t about ticking boxes.
It’s about understanding what matters to you.

🔵 2. We’ll Do a Deep Dive

Once we’ve got your info, we’ll sit down (coffee in hand) and take the time to really read through it.
We’re not here for surface-level matching — we’re here to learn about your needs, your lifestyle, and how we can best show up for you.

It’s thoughtful. It’s considered. It’s how we make sure we’re not just putting anyone on your team — we’re finding the right fit.

🔴 3. Meet & Greet Time

If we’re feeling like it could be a match, we’ll reach out and book in a meet-and-greet.
This is your chance to meet us, ask all your questions, and get a feel for how we roll.
And it’s our chance to listen — to what you say, and to what you don’t say. (Because sometimes, it’s the little things that tell the real story.)

No hard sells. No awkwardness.
Just a proper conversation, face-to-face (or screen-to-screen).

If after all that, we’re both feeling good?
Then we’re all in.
We’ll get the ball rolling, map out your support plan, and start showing up the way we said we would.
